Hello fellow baristas,
Green Bean here, about 1 month in. I have not been able to connect my partner number to the Starbucks app, which is a shame because I really think it would just be easier to scan my phone. And I also want to get my discount at other locations.
My manager hasn’t helped me with this, and my fellow partners don’t know actually how to help me themselves.
Does anyone know what I need to do?

Hey 320 green bean here! I figured out for me that my numbers weren’t working because it’s not my password for the global partner it wants, it just needs the last four digits of your parter number.

If you go to PartnerInfo (you can access it on the hub if you don’t have the link) and go down to partner card, you’ll get instructions on adding the numbers to your app and/or getting a physical partner card!

Go on to the desktop and add your partner number to your account, and then you can add the card from MPI

hello! you have to go onto mypartnerinfo to get the card number and security code! have you gone onto mypartnerinfo yet?

So update, it’s saying to use a password for my MPI log in, I’ve never gone into partner info yet. What is MPI?
