So today I was solo DT’ing (I’ve only been here about a month) and this lady comes up and orders a strawberry waffle cone. I thought she was just messing around (we get a lot of customers like that) so I said something like “So you want a strawberry crème frappuccino? What size?” And she confirms that’s what she wants and tells me the size, I put it in, blah blah. We make the frap, she gets to the window, and she’s like “is this the strawberry waffle cone???” And I’m like “I’m sorry we don’t have waffle cones???” and she responds with “Yes you do, it’s the strawberry waffle cone frappuccino!” She meant the strawberry funnel cake THAT WE HAVE A SIGN FOR NEXT TO THE SPEAKER 😐😐 So then we had to upend beverage sequencing to get this frap to her ASAP without holding up the line 😐😐

TL;DR Lady wanted a strawberry funnel cake frap but ordered it as a strawberry waffle cone despite having a sign for the correct frap right next to the speaker, and even after I confirmed her order she didn’t bother to correct me until she got to the window
