basically we had this partner get hired Not much more than A month ago from A Tarbucks. During her training she insisted that she Knew how to do most things and Didn't take it seriously. Fast forward to time On the floor, hell Breaks loose. Because of this cocky attitude she came into the job with when things Went wrong on the floor and Coaching moments were utilized by Either myself or another partner or Shift she wasn't not receptive to the coaching and would like roll her Eyes and think she was essentially 'too good for it' In A way. It became exhausting, Many of us thinking there's nothing more we can do - Many of us chose to try to ignore it and hope a Shift would finally notice When we stopped picking up her Slack.

Instead This girl formally made a complaint about a 'hostile work environment' Myself and others get Written up without having our side heard.
