First thing is im a shift lead at a corporate store So i got my covid vaccines and well the second dose hit like a truck and i was running a fever and coughing up a storm so i called off, my SM asked if its just a call out cuz im not feeling well and i told him that i had gotten the second shot.

He asked after that if i was still wanted the hour sick pay Id have to take another shift leads shift? (Both shifts he offered me take the other shift needed them too)

Is this something i need to bring up to our district manager or H R or is that how it works you have to pick up another shift?
