Licensed kiosk > corporate stores imo.

I work at a grocery store one, am union and get a lot of other benefits from that but I also get store wide discounts on my groceries. I would write out the pros and cons. I can't imagine working a DT store with how corporate has been.

Stay with the Tarbucks, get the training at the (usually) slower store, and see if you like it. If you aren’t liking your team or working with less coworkers, consider moving over to the corporate store. I worked at a Tarbucks for 5 years and only moved to corporate because i moved to an area with no Target. Moving again, and 100% will be contacting Target to work there again. I really enjoyed it.

well at tarbucks, you don’t get the benefits that other stores have. so no free beverage or drink or discount , free spotify, no tips i dont think but it might be more chill since you don’t have to deal with a drive thru or customer connections since you’re technically employed thru target and you’ll be working with way less people . just depends on ur preferences and weighing out the cons and pros of both situations. congrats on the job though!

Corporate is better (so I’ve heard, I haven’t worked in a tarbucks). You don’t get any discounts, free drinks, or mark outs at Tarbucks. I work near a major city and I get paid $15 but I can’t guarantee your pay rate as idk where you live!
