nearly with the company a month is it too soon to leave? its my first job but i’m being bullied at work, no one is helping me, i’m 17 and i get £5 an hour and i’m so stressed

If you don’t need the money that bad & can go 2-3 weeks without income until you can find another job, I would definitely quit. Your mental health is way more important.

Yeah, money was purely for savings however it’s not urgent, it’s just so horrible a bloody adult bullying me whos literally a child and my manager doing nothing

It’s up to you. I’m 21, and I don’t think 17 year old me would be able to handle this job’s hours.

Also, I get what you mean, I have coworkers who are 30 and harass me and throw stuff at me as if they’re a young teen… like isn’t that a little sad?

I’m sorry that’s so shitty, I would say just leave. If you want to work for Starbucks at another time just stay for 2 weeks but if not just get out (:
