Im a 300 and the newest partner is already 320

My ASM is a 320. He’s an outside hire. Even as a 287 I’m starting to feel old. And with how high our turnover rate is I’m slowly becoming one of the senior partners and I’ve only been here a year and a half :/

I’m a 215 and work with a handful of 300 partners. I feel old for several reasons.

I also think we might have jumped in numbers due to how much this pandemic had really wiped out partners. I'm still a youngin to most at 297×××× but that's like top dawg experience at my high turn over rate store LOL

I’m a 290 born in the 90s and I get the same feeling when I get a 300 that I do when I meet people who were born in the 2000s. It’s odd.

The turnover rate is insane...

My store opened in April and in doing so well have a staff of almost entirely new partners. I'm a 279 and am one of the most veteran Shift/Partners on the floor - aside from a 229 and then a 118 I believe? Anyways, most of my partners that were hired between February and March are all between 298 - 300. That being said, we have two new partners in the 8 digits which has blown my mind.

I’m a 118- and I still enjoy seeing an occasional reaction when I give someone my numbers.

My store was severely understaffed as my manager quit about two months ago. We just got a new manager about two/three weeks ago. He hired 17 new people and now we are normally staffed. I'm pretty sure one of our girls is a 330
