hii i’m a new partner starting soon and trying to find work shoes. i might have to buy another pair but these are the ones i already have. i’m not sure if these fit the dress code (bc of the logo?? i’m actually not sure LOL) so can someone let me know if these are fine? thanks! (i.redd.it)

To be honest, it really just depends on how strict your managers are with the dress code. You can wear any shoes but the rules are there for YOUR protection.
The floor is constantly slippery and hot and cold liquids are constantly being spilt, so just a heads up.
Also, don’t bring shoes you like to Starbucks, they’ll get ruined!

That last part. I wore a pair of vans one day and while they weren’t brand new, I take pride in how well kept they were. Wore them ONCE to work for a 5 hour shift and the white detailing is now permanently stained from coffee grounds and matcha. Broke my heart 😭

They need to be solid black and non-porous (so no mesh). I believe you can have a small pop of color and be fine (like a trim or something) but solid black is best imo. Sketchers has great non-slip solid black work shoes AND you get a discount for being a partner! :)
