That’s definitely not a thing we should be doing. I was always told that policy is to just do whatever they ask for. The “best” you could do is leave a little room in the cup, but we should not be charging. People get no ice all the time and it bugs me but at the end of the day, it’s not my money 🤷🏼♂️

Nope. I was told by my boss to manually put in the charge if they ordered a drink with either no ice or no water
