customers like this genuinely dont know what theyre ordering/talking about and ignore you while insisting they know better than you; its infuriating and im sorry this happened to you. it's hard not to let these things get to you, i had customers bring me to angry tears when i was a green bean and my patience has been thin with customers like this lately.
you're doing your best, he simply refused to listen. i have memory issues (depression) especially when im anxious or put on the spot so i forget sometimes which drinks do or dont have caffeine—and i'll be a 2 year partner in october! try your best not to let em get under your skin, you're very capable and you don't deserve that treatment. we're only human, you're doing great :)
