Cold milks get ice? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I was taught by an older shift before I transferred that they don’t. She liked chocolate milk so I made it often. Now people are telling me otherwise, but since it doesn’t ring as iced I don’t ice it.

On the iPad the chocolate milk doesn't get ice per the recipe card. Regular milk isn't on there, I never ice it unless the add ice button is pushed.

I just ask the customer if they want ice in the milk or not. Most don’t.
