Iced tall rant, sleeve please. Our store is falling apart (self.starbucksbaristas)

It's been raining in my area on and off all week. We had two ceiling tiles in the seating area fall from leaks earlier this week. Yesterday the ceiling in the POS area started leaking and this morning it got worse and another ceiling tile fell. The SM yesterday said it was fine.
Some regulars complained to our DM today after seeing our Cafe and he shut down our mobiles and Cafe today. We're only doing drive thru.
It seems like our SM doesn't care anymore and has one foot out the door now he's been offered a different store.

We've had ceiling issues for like two or three years and they only do patch jobs and you can tell there's mold from the water collecting. We have a running joke of who's got dibs on standing under the ceiling when it collapses to get workers comp.
That said, DM called and said someone will be here within an hour to look at it today. And our SM couldn't do that, why? 🤔

My store is also leaking actuallyit pours out of the ceiling when it rains and no one has done anything about it lmaooo I feel like they like to not spend their billions on anything everything in my store is breaking also /:

It really sucks the company is allowing the stores to be like that. Try to get some regular to call your DM maybe when the roof is leaking? That's how we got someone to look at it today when it was ignored by our SM as well as, from what I was told by a shift earlier, our facilities manager.
