I’ve walked into the store when nothings been stocked and no backups were made and the sink is clogged from inclusions being dumped in the wrong sink but someone put eyebrows and a mustache on the espresso machine and I saw my co workers goofing off on snap. I don’t have a problem with having fun at work but I do have a problem when I have to work harder to make up for that

I'm sorry, but is there more to this we should know about? I rarely side with SM's and above but most stores are drowning in annoying customers and suffering from understaffing, yet you up and quit because your manager told yall to stop drawing on the clock and actually work? And there's so many of you drawing all the time that they had to tell the whole store multiple times? Is your store on a deserted island? Is this why there's no labor for the rest of us?

I think the point OP is trying to make is the SM has made the environment a “no fun zone”. Sorry, but nobody wants to work in a workplace where “drawing” isn’t allowed. If it’s slow, it’s slow and people should be free to do as they please after they’ve cleaned.
