Have a fellow shift who thinks she's god's gift to earth bc she works off the clock and preaches about answering your phone if you're management (shift leads- HOURLY) but doesn't answer when you ask her to sit down and talk about her shit talking you behind your back??? Also preaches about "if you have something to say, say it to my face" but HERE WE ARE. sorry im just WOW

edit: it has recently come to my attention that there is favoritism from the SM at play. i'm so lost. i'm going to speak with her before doing anything but this combined with her working off the clock feels like a problem for business ethics and compliance.
