I’m a relatively new partner (about 3 months in). I recently have decided to move to a different state to be with my significant other in the next few weeks meaning I’d have to leave very soon. I talked to my SM who said I can’t be let go to transfer until the beginning of August or late July due to scheduling conflicts but if I have to go then I have to go, I can’t stay so any advice on what to do? Could I go on leave for the 3 week scheduling period during my transfer or should I put my two weeks in & explain to the SM of my new store that I wasn’t able to properly transfer because of my moving situation?
