A customer brought their dog in and we said it's not allowed unless it's a service dog. It peed and they left without telling us... I hate it here. (i.redd.it)

this is why PETS should not be allowed in any kind of store (unless it’s a pet store obvs). i’m 100% okay with service dogs, but your family dogs can stay tf home or go through the drive through.

Sadly they could just as easily buy a "service animal in training" vest from Amazon and then there's nothing you can really do

You could actually ask the only two questions you're allowed to ask (especially the second, as that is where you will catch the fakers). Most people seem to be too lazy to though.

There absolutely is something you can do: if even an actual service dog is being disruptive, they can be kicked out.
