it was bad when i first got there and only got worse 😭 currently are out of tall, grande, and venti cold cups, those off brand grande cups they sent us for ice waters, tall nitro lids, grande/venti flat cold lids, trenta lids, creme and coffee base, strawberry and kiwi inclusions, mango dragon fruit base, lemonade, iced green tea, java chips, and our ice machine is only working half the time <3 we have caramel drizzle though!!

every 2 seconds just “we’re out of tall, grande, and venti cold cups so we can put your drink in a trenta cup, but we’re also out of trenta lids so it would be lidless. we could also put it in a double-cupped hot cup but since you ordered a venti and our cold ventis are actually slightly larger, you wouldn’t have quite the same amount of drink” lmao 😭
