My district manager says we can’t have a sign that says “please do not reach over” because “iT DoEsNt CReAte a WELcOmInG EnERgY” 😑

It's funny seeing some of the erased writing before they wrote this sign where it says "...ask your barista, we're happy to help!" compared to what it says now.

I caught one lady reaching over for her food, put my hand over the bag, and was like, "Excuse me, may I help you?"

"Please don't reach over", was written on the plexi glass in front of her face.

Every time i ask about a sign for something my manager says “It’s nice you still think customers can read.” 🥲

If its not on the hand off station, don't touch! If someone in front of you is still waiting, odds are your drink isn't ready yet

We need this sign at my store

Ours says “It scares the coffee!”

My store still has sugars and straws behind the counter (per higher up people I think our DM) and my god people will strain to get across and in like HELLO WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH!!!!!! 🤠🤠🤠🤠
