Hey all! I just wanted to drop a quick line and tell you all that you're awesome! You're rockstars. And you effing matter (even though far too often it feels like you don't). This job can be particularly hard, and I see a lot of posts from partners that are damn near the end of their rope. I felt compelled to bring some positivity up in this bitch! So yeah, for however much it matters, I'm proud of all of you. Keep your heads up, focus on the drink in front of you, and remember that it's only coffee.

Along the same lines, you are awesome Baristas! You are working a high stress job with managers who(sometimes) really do care for you! Customers that grate you. It's not an easy job. Especially when corporate makes you think they care about you so much, but continue to add complications to a menu while simultaneously understaffing you during a global pandemic!
Don't be afraid to look around for a better barista job. Making coffee and chatting with customers can be super fun given the right place. Find "the right place" for you. Make the moment right for you, not a greedy corporation who couldn't care less about you as an individual!
Stay awesome and keep sippin coffee my friendly baristas! And remember. It's Coffee. A passion. A delight. A treat every morning. Something to cherish and hone a craft with. Have fun with your coffee!
