So I worked as a barista from September-January last year and I transferred to a new store after moving. At the new store I encountered a lot of bullying and mean behavior from the other baristas. I talked to the manager and she didn't do anything- then when I asked to put in my two weeks she refused and said she would just schedule me 0 hours until I changed my mind (she said she didn't want to do the paperwork for it). Because of this i eventually just walked out and quit without notice. I loved being a barista...if I applied to a different Starbucks would I have any chance of actually getting hired??
