So I’ve trained one person before and it went ok ? But I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for it to go smoother, I’m thinking of showing them register and CS stuff today does this sound like a good idea?

yeah! you could even alternate between one doing register and one doing warming/customer support once you’ve explained some (:
