What do you do with your off hand when shaking drinks? Obviously this doesn't count if you use both hands, but if you shake drinks with one hand, what is your other one doing?

When I pour cream my other hand kinda floats in the air or Iβll just be pointing a random finger when I look down. I have to actively think about keeping my free arm still
