From a glance I noticed small references to the world wars, a few names, some Latin?, some Roman numerals?, maybe a fragment of a web address? Not quite sure what to make of it but it’s pretty neat.

Some of the legible scribbles seem to be the names of musicians? Like misfits, stone temple piolets (pilots? Or maybe the rock thing that came up?), Charles Daniels, q berlioz. There's the name of an old comedian on there too. But there's a bunch of other stuff that's random. Looks like a bunch of notes, nothing to be worried about lol

I had a customer that did $1 my dad reckons it's a code or a cypher, but I don't remember which one he mentioned specifically.

This could also be mental illness. "Sadistica" is a species of spider. Bunch of artist names, random words and phrases, language hopping, what looks to be Roman numerals... City names, some dates, what looks like a mention of currency... The whole thing looks like someone's scattered stream of conscious, if it isn't a cypher of some sort.
