Starbucks dress code policy is incredibly lenient. Compared to other jobs.

There’s no reason to wear a graphic tee at a job. This isn’t hot topic. Compared to how it was a few years ago, the dress code is extremely flexible. Unless you want to wear khakis and a black polo. Oh and forget about changing your hair color lol.

You're correct, you're not at school, you're at work. Quit complaining about something you agreed to when you got hired

At previous jobs I’ve had to buy my own uniform and I was not provided one even though it was required. And as far as I know we do get shirts for free sometimes. I remember every store got BLM shirts last year and I’ve seen partners who’ve worked for longer than me wear pride shirts or nitro shirts that I also believe was sent to stores and were free. If you’re getting dress coded a lot just wear a plain black t shirt every day. It’s not that hard. They’re not technically doing anything wrong by actually enforcing the existing dress code which is already pretty lenient in and of itself.

The dress code is so flexible though 😂 certain shirts or colors don’t look right with the apron for sure
