am i able to call someone to report my own store?? i’ve made several complaints and suggestions to my sm to fix the situation of so many flies, fruit flies, and maggots within our store but it’s seemingly getting worse. Who might i call to even have someone come look at our store so she’ll actually realize there’s a problem. I don’t wanna get our store in trouble, but when i have to cover my eyes when i walk in the store in the morning to avoid the bugs, i draw the line.

I would call your local health department and you should be able to make an annomonus report.

If your SM won't do anything to help the situation (and literally all they need to do is open a ticket for pest control, and then follow through on any cleaning recommendations that the pest control people give after they have treated the store) then I would contact your local health dept. I know that you don't want to get anyone in trouble, maybe reach out to the DM 1st if you feel like they would be responsive...

You should really call the PRSC, they’ll get the situation under control and you can maintain anonymity. There’s always the potential for someone to get in trouble, but the reality of the situation is that if things aren’t being taken care of it’s better that you make the call as a partner than having a customer call the health department

across the dayparts, we clean. but our partners are not being held accountable by management. i’m just a barista so there’s not much more i can do than do my cleaning cards and try as best as i can. the management is really to blame here.
