first, it really depends on the manager and the people at your store. i love most of my coworkers and our shifts go really fast when working with the right people. however , my current manager continuously schedules me outside of my availability which is definitely a pain, but aside from that and a couple of difficult people at my store, the job itself is pretty great (and where i live i make 15$ an hour for minimum wage so the pay is worth it). once you get the hang of making the drinks, it’s honestly a really fun job when you take the difficult customers out of the mix. it’s a fast pace work environment so definitely give yourself time to learn and adjust, but like any job it has its ups and downs

ur manager(s) and coworkers will honestly make or break ur entire experience!! my store has a very tight knit team, and i'm friends with a lot of my coworkers outside of work. i'm literally miserable when i work at other stores, even if i know the ppl there already.
pros:
- benefits
- great pay for a min. wage job (i'm canadian)
- amazing coworkers
cons:
- shitty customers
- steep learning curve, depending on how fast u learn
- stressful environment, at times
- high expectations
