Definitly not just your store, sadly, unless it’s just OUR stores. We JUST got a drain catch like two weeks ago. But it doesn’t fit in the bar sinks

I love when partners have weird excuses for not cleaning out their sink. One time I got “I did it 6 times already!!” Like honey, you gotta do it as many times as it takes!!! And on a couple of occasions we clogged not only the SINK but also the FLOOR DRAIN, I’m standing their making some drink and suddenly there’s a huge puddle of matcha and coconut milk spreading across the bar area floor.

Omg. This happened to us like a month ago. Both our bar drains and sinks were clogged and so if we rinse our pitchers for more than just 2 seconds, we would be standing in inches of water. It was ridiculous.

You guys. If you measure your drinks in the shaker, you won’t have strawberry run off, and you won’t have clogged drains. I’ve gone through whole peaks or happy hours on cold bar and had no clogged drain so long as you measure right. 😫😫

Also I'll measure the liquid perfectly, but then the ice either clumps up making it fall short or somehow overfills it. Atm my store is having to buy ice until our ice machine is fixed so all our ice cubes are massive and difficult to measure
