Starbucks Lyft to Work (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by AllTheSingleHades_
When I go off to college in a couple of months I want to try to transfer to the starbucks near campus, but I don’t have a car and the bus lanes wouldn’t really work with my schedule. I’ve heard that Lyft offers,,,,something to starbucks partners to get them to and from work but I’m not sure what it is. Is it free rides? A discount? Is there a limit? Is this even a thing still?

totally depends on your location so go to $1 and see whether or not you qualify for the free rides. im in NYC and my district gets 20 free rides a month. they're only available for opening and closing shifts so if youre a mid shift or anything between 6am-6pm it isn't covered. hope this helps!

Thank you! I was debating transferring (or trying to) to the Starbucks near my school or working at the on campus coffee shop but the on campus coffee shops pays a lot less than Starbucks so I’m just trying to figure out if it would be worth it to pay for transport or get paid $7.75 an hour 😬 I’ll have to check to see if that location is eligible and if so that makes my decision a lot easier haha. Thanks again for the info!
