The only way an SM can change someone’s pay is through partnership with their DM who will also likely have to pair with the area’s partner resource manager. That being said, you should have been told exactly what your new pay would be when you transferred (the SM would’ve had visibility to that). I would bring it up to your SM. It’s definitely worth asking for that 30 cent match, but just keep in mind it’s ultimately not up to them.
