I fear there is no logic to this order

I think for the most part it's just people being too lazy to change their regular order. Yesterday I had someone order an iced quad espresso and then underneath it said "triple". So they paid for a shot that they didn't get. You had to modify it anyway so why not just change the whole thing?

I definitely thought she was intending the SFCD lol. Maybe she just couldn’t find the regular latte option.

Thought maybe she would ask for SF Cinnamon Dolce once she got here since you can’t do it through the app but nope. She tried it before leaving and looked happy?
