Log on to the partner hub, on the far left it will say “store communications.”
Click the drop down arrow and it’ll be right there.

There is not, it can only be viewed from work because it’s an internal document. And also you should read it on the clock, it’s considered a part of work. Don’t do any sort of work off the clock!!
