Honestly it was espressos and fraps but we kinda cut off drive thru for a bit and my coworker helped me finish them off

I've said this a million times. This is CATERING. I cant just walk into my local in n out and request 40 burgers. That's CATERING. There really needs to be a drink limit. The quality if the drinks is going to be so poor by the time they are all done and shipped to wherever. And they are tying up the equipment making it impossible to do anything else. I just don't know how people can't see that Starbucks drinks take so much time to make. We can't go any faster!

Yeah, I also think there should be a limit in drive thru. I’m sorry that you’re mad that you have to wait but you ordered 10 Frappuccinos. Then it causes the next 15 customers to be bitchy because they had to wait so long in line. I personally feel it’s stupid to get as upset as these customers do, but I always feel a little bad for the person who had to wait for one latté.

I’m with you, though. Ordering 37 individual drinks is insane. Just go to DD and get the jugs of coffee. At that point, I’d just do what I can and it’s in God(s)/ the universe’s hands now.

i moderately respect Starbucks’ supply chain within our workstation (batching coffee, those cards on the wall, sequencing, etc) so really it’s no issue for them to then look at the basic focused supply chain that is orders from customers in store, pick up, uber, online, drive thru and figure out how to fix bottlenecked locations….from my experience there are numerous bottlenecks that could be fixed with some work

edit: my point, imposing limits within certain parameters could easily fix bottleneck locations within the inner supply chain that is “order-make drink-send out”

With 37 drinks it doesn't matter where they're coming from, it's all anybody is going to be able to focus on. It's negatively affecting the entire store and customer experience for the next 20+ minutes.

Oh my gosh you reminded me!! Apparently the people that ordered these drinks didn’t tip a single thing. My supervisor said over the headset “37 drinks and not a single fucking tip”
