If you report it to your manager they have an obligation to report it up the chain. Alternatively you can email your DM or RD or call the PCC or the ethics line. In no way is this treatment ok. Do not just take it.

that’s a huge red flag if your supervisor is watching people gossip, spreading the gossip further, and not taking action. i would take it up with a manager

This is against the law, sharing your private health information! Please stick up for yourself, report it, demand a transfer. All of us here want you to be ok and for these people not to get away with this horrible behavior
