At my store, these things are a bulk of our orders. I would assume so too for most other stores. I lament making them, and I think people are paying ludicrous prices for ludicrous drinks. I've been a partner for half a decade now and I miss making regular bevarages on bar, like our menu. Now I make sweet cream cold foam for nearly every iced drink and I hate it. Everytime I blend a refresher I hate it. On Thursday I had to shake an iced macchiato. I'm perfectly good for regular mods, like changing out syrup or milk, similar components, but I really do not get the extent that some people add on to their items! Our prices are high!
