Hi there ! So for background info. JUST TURNED 18 ( STILL SCREAMING INTERNALLY) but i’ve worked for starbucks for almost 8 months. then i got a job at a target starbucks. i already know it’s going to be a bit more strict then normal. any advice for a future target starbucks barista?

It honestly depends on the target for "what is it like" if your a seasoned barista, you got this :)

It’s not going to be strict at all lol. It’s WAY more Lax than a corp store, so enjoy.

Target starbucks' definitely have less standards that corporate stores imo. You're honestly probably better trained than most tarbucks baristas lol

Definitely not, standards are the same its more if the target actually cares enough to enforce them
