We aren’t allowed to say “welcome to Starbucks” anymore bc our SM says “they know where they are we don’t need to tell them” 🙃 and there’s a sticky note with our ‘script’ that we have to say- “hi, my name is ____, what’s yours?” Hate it. Literally just a coffee robot now lol
