i just found out I'm going out-of-state in a couple of weeks from the 22nd-25th but I can't request the time off because it's closer than 21 days away, my management is pretty chill but i also just don't rlly know how to go about it bc i literally cannot come in on those days when i'm 500 miles away. what do i do?
