I’m a 320 and lowkey love my job. Just hate the management (they are only temporary) that makes it a living hell. I’ve worked at 2 other coffee shops and honestly love the structure of Starbucks baristas, trainers, and shifts. I guess I haven’t been with the company long enough to know how others truly felt because I always read comments/post about baristas hating their job at Starbucks. Btw don’t believe in the 3 months span of bar learning. I took me 2 weeks to learn bar and 3rd week hired, I was solo baring. This job is super easy. But really curious of how much y’all are getting paid? Can we even disclose that on Reddit??😂😂😂😂
