Upside down means milk in first. I can get down with that. Wait…if upside down…Does the VSCCF go in before the coconut milk? 🤨 So many questions.
This ticket reminds me of my work orders at my old job…they were kind of like this. 😆
The way I would make this is 1/2 signature/1/2 blonde long shots. Then add the ice, syrups and powders. Shake. Foam in first. Then coconut milk. Then the shaken espresso. Um I hope that’s right.

Also ive never been taught about signature shots, never seen it on a sticker before. Both my shifts transfered and most of our staff quit when we got our new store manager. I was trained with almost all hands on experience and asking questions on the job/referencing recipe cards before that mess. Kinda interesting im our bar 1 every shift, all shift when I work now (~30-35hrs a week)

I assumed signature meant sign the cup, never seen it before.
I felt like only an evil person would actually put the cold foam on the bottom so i didnt ruin their foam like that. But milk yeah, that went on the bottom. (Tbh i put this in a trenta cause with the long shots it wouldnt fit otherwise)
