I had a lady literally throw a caramel frap at me cuz she said "it tastes like you just blended a bunch of ice, milk, coffee, and sugar!" and I said "yup."

I had someone ask me for a Latte with chocolate, explained that was a Mocha. Customer argued, so I did it. They took a sip and said it tastes like Mocha.

Yesterday I had the usual “my cappuccino is mostly foam” so I offered to add more milk but she wanted more coffee… until I offered to ring her up for more shots, then she walked away.

Nah, since it was creme based it would have been colorless and it wasnt. Maybe in the past she had gotten it made with full dose pumps instead of half dose pumps? And so expected to to have more mocha than it's actually supposed to? Idk
