Got my second customer complaint today (safebux) (self.starbucksbaristas)

First one was because I guess my deadpan voice was rude, and the way I'd say "Need something?" (pisses me off when people approach the kiosk and just stare blankly ahead) Dude openly complimented my coworker on how nice she was and told her he was going to complain and then when he did, lied to my manager about the way I was. So that was cool.
Today however, we have a customer who gets a Venti hot white mocha, stirred after the milk. She sent her son in and I just heard "Venti hot white mocha, stirred after the milk, 2 pumps." So I had my coworker make just that. She wanted 2 more (wanted 8, so 3 more) so she called the store to complain. "You're the white guy, right? I avoid coming in when it's you. You've made my drink wrong 3 times and now I have to send my husband in for a remake. One more time and I'm complaining to a manager." I mean, I know I fucked up, made me tear up a bit but it's like. Damn, I struggle to hide my emotions or be fake nice and I know I'm wasting my time with my job but to know I'm shit to 2 customers. Never had this before.
I got good insurance and good pay with a potential raise coming up but I just wanna quit tbh. I know I'm wasting my time but I have no career aspirations anymore really because I feel like there's no future. Just kinda waiting and hoping for shit to hit the fan and the collapse at this point.
Anyway, thanks for reading my rant.
