I started to work for the Siren back in March 1st. I was so dang nervous and intimidated because I never worked in anything else besides Burger King for FIVE YEARS (i know, horrible) but i was ready for a change.
My first day of bar was horrible, i was put on cold bar to be exact and i completely forgot how to make any Frappuccinos. i ended up crying in the bathroom on my 10 minute break because i was so overwhelmed. I felt kinda stupid too, how do i have so much experience with fast food if I’m already breaking down on my first day without a trainer?
I told myself i got this, if you think you’re doing something right, try to keep improving, and don’t stop

Yesterday, my shifts and SM awarded me Partner of the Quarter, I’m usually shy but best believe i was screaming on the inside, i know it’s just Starbucks, and that i shouldn’t be a boot licker, but I’m proud of myself for once? For not giving up from that breakdown in the bathroom back in March 🥺
