Recently our manager has been scheduling me and my coworkers out of our availability. He said “it’s only for a couple of weeks” so we were fine with it, and did what we needed to do. After a month we started to get agitated and mentioned it to him. He apologized and said he wouldn’t do it again. Cut to now, he is STILL doing it. Also, our DM told the ASM and our manager to only schedule people for 10 hours. So now we’re all working anywhere between 6-15 hours every week. My store is furious. It isn’t a living wage and some of our workers are mothers trying to pay for child care.
On top of all of this, our ASM is passive aggressive, having multiple complaints against her for bullying, being sexist, and just being plain hateful and rude to partners. We dread seeing her car in the parking lot. This ASM also misgenders one of our coworkers so badly that the person being misgendered comes into work horribly depressed and considers killing themselves.

We’re told by shifts “don’t call partner resources, it’ll get better”
When?

It’s a battle for my mental health in this store, and my coworkers and I can’t afford to quit.
