What’s funny is I think that anti-vaxers aren’t wearing masks!

I would definitely ask your manager if you’re vaccinated could you still wear a mask. If they say no, then don’t fill out the paperwork!

I am going to show my proof and do the paper work but stay masked. I asked my manager if I can still wear my mask even if I do the paperwork and he said yes.

Yeah you can still wear your mask. filling out the paperwork just gives you the option to not wear it if you choose

If you are NOT vaccinated you are required to wear a mask.

If you ARE vaccinated you get the choice to wear a mask or not.

I am vaccinated and went ahead and filled out the form so I can make the decision on a day to day basis but I am covered if I don’t have a mask on.
