I never said it was against the law, I was simply stating Starbucks’ policies regarding medical information as it pertains to the COVID-19 vaccination. Companies are allowed to (and often do) establish rules and policies to protect both the employees and the company. Thank you for the information regarding actual law, though I don’t believe it applies in this specific instance.
From what I have read in company provided information and been told as a member of the leadership team, Starbucks is regarding vax status as personal medical info and their policy is to not ask employees.
