I just got my partner card set up in the app but it still shows as 2 stars per $1, and when I place a mobile order it shows without the 30% discount. How can I change this? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Did you add your partner numbers to your profile through the Starbucks website?

This is the right answer! You need to go through the Starbucks website, login there, and add your partner numbers!

I did what you said and then double checked my history and today I *was* given the 3 starts per $1, but I didn’t get a discount. Do I have to order in person to get the discount?

I actually had to call the help desk and get my partner discount to show up on mine, but they were super fast!!
