Today :
Customer : one nitro, please.
Me : sure, one nitro cold brew, anything else? 😁
Customer : no, no. Just a nitro, no cold brew.
Me : oh yeah, it's a cold brew infused with nitrogen! 😁 A nitro cold brew! 😀
Customer : you're not listening, I don't want any cold brew, I just want the nitro.
Me : 😁 OK... what else for ya? 😊
I don't know whether to be sad or angry when people don't know what they're getting. I mean, it's not cheap! How do you not know what you're paying almost $6 for??

Something similar happened to me the other day with this guy ordering a white mocha. He said “white chocolate mocha” so I confirm back to him “ok, a white mocha, what size?” He got very argumentative saying it’s white chocolate not mocha and I’m just standing there wondering how his logic even works. He was reading it right off the menu board. I had no luck explaining that it’s made with white chocolate sauce, “mocha” is just describing the type of espresso beverage.
