Questions about dress code (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi. I just recently got hired at Starbucks. My first day is on the 19th because I had to leave town shortly after getting the job. I don’t want to be a burden and continue to ask my manager a bunch of questions so I’m here.
We went to Target today to look for some plain t-shirts to wear but could not find any. So, I went to the coffee gear website to find some shirts to wear on there. Am I allowed to wear the 50th anniversary t-shirts to work? & am I allowed to wear any Starbucks shirt (in the “Dress Code Approved” section) on any day?

Old navy is a good spot to check for plain shirts. Go with black and inexpensive bc I promise you it will get splattered by mocha, frap roast, or chai at some point in the day.

You can wear any of the dress code approved shirts anytime. I know some of the colors don’t necessarily fit dress code but it’s Starbucks branded and endorsed so it doesn’t matter 🙃🙃

I got some plain shirts from Amazon for pretty cheap and they are dress code appropriate:) So look on there if you can’t find any!
