You’d need to make close to 40 bucks an hour pre tax if you’re working 28 hours a week to just cover those expenses you listed… so no.

With out tax that’s around 1640 a month at 26 hours a week. Minus your expenses it should be 530$ left for groceries, gas money, and other living expenses. That’s around 256 a pay check you have to last two weeks. Definitely manageable and you could work more and make it easier on you. This also doesn’t count for electric, water, or internet. But you should be okay with decent budgeting
