So this guy comes in every day at the same time to use our restroom, we only have one open currently due to covid. I am never one to deny a person a bathroom, it’s a basic human need.

However, this guy comes in and goes to the bathroom for maybe 30 minutes at a time. No big deal, we all gotta go. But he clogs it almost every other time.

Brutally.

He also never purchases anything.

I don’t know if what to do about this situation. But as a green bean, I’m sick of being put on duty to clean it. (Every day basically, I work 40hr weeks) And I’m also sick of my manager taking a week at a time sometimes to call someone to unclog it when it’s super backed up, it’s our only bathroom.
